How do I place an order?
- Browse Artwork: Explore our collection of artwork either by using the search function or browsing through our themes and print types to find something you like.
- Select Size and Quantity: Once you've found the artwork you love, choose the size you prefer and adjust the quantity if you wish to purchase more than one copy.
- Add to Cart: Click the "Add to Cart" button located in the panel next to the artwork to add it to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to Checkout: Navigate to your cart by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of the webpage. Then, select the "Checkout" option to proceed with your purchase.
- Provide Contact and Payment Information: Fill out your contact details and shipping address to ensure smooth delivery. Then, enter your credit card details or choose from the payment methods available to complete your purchase securely.
- Sit Back and Relax: Once your order is confirmed, sit back and relax! We'll take care of the rest, including printing, packaging, and delivering your artwork straight to your door hassle-free.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to purchase from us. Simply browse our products, select the items you'd like to buy, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase as a guest.
I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
At the login screen, click on the 'Forgot Password' link. Follow the prompts to retrieve or reset your password. You may need to provide your email address or answer security questions. Once you've completed the process, you'll receive instructions on how to set a new password for your account.
Do I have to purchase the print framed?
No, you don't have to purchase the art print framed. You can buy our art as a poster print online. Simply select the 'print types' option located on the homepage and select "poster prints".
How do I change currency?
In the top right corner, under the icons for login and cart, you can find the option to select your chosen country and currency.
Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?
Not yet! However, check back at a later date, and you may be surprised by what we have to offer!
Do you have a physical store?
We are an online retailer only.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do have gift vouchers available! Please get in contact with us, and we will organize and set that up for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Paypal. New Zealand and Australian customers may also pay using Bank Transfer
How do I pay?

On the first checkout page, enter your contact information and shipping address. You'll also see a summary of your order. Once you've filled out the necessary details
- Select Shipping Method: On the second page, choose your preferred shipping method.
- Choose Payment Method: You can enter your credit card details directly on this page. Click the 'Complete Order' button to finalize your purchase. If you're paying with Paypal choose the relevant option and click 'Complete Order'. You'll then be redirected to their website to securely complete your purchase.
- Order Confirmation: After completing the payment process, you'll be directed to the order confirmation page. Here, you'll receive confirmation that your order has been received, and your payment has been successfully processed.
How secure is my credit card information?

Can I request a print size or type that is not available on the product?
Yes most definitely! If you have a specific size or print option in mind that you haven't seen here but is available elsewhere, please get in touch with us. We may be able to accommodate your request! Reach out to us at support@digitalferno.com and our team will get back to you ASAP!
Are your frames good quality?

Who frames the art?
We meticulously vet and partner with top-tier suppliers to ensure the highest standard of quality in bringing our prints to life. As we plan to expand, we carefully choose which countries to operate in and establish partnerships accordingly.
Do you frame using glass?

Do you ever use acrylic?
Absolutely! We believe Acrylic prints to be an amazing print option, and it's one we recommend the most. Check back often and sign up for our regular updates via email for special deals on our Acrylic prints!
How expensive is your framing service?
The cost varies depending on the size of the print. Our custom framing service is generally more affordable than using your local high street framer.
When will my framed or special print type arrive?
We aim to deliver your order within approximately 5-7 working days in New Zealand, sometimes longer taking into account the country of origin. In some cases, delivery may even happen sooner, depending on our workload at the time. Once your order is placed, it is promptly forwarded to our print and specialist framing team. This stage typically takes 1-3 days for fulfillment, though timelines may vary based on the volume of orders we're processing. Rest assured, estimated delivery dates are clearly outlined at checkout for your convenience.
What happens if my art arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please email us at support@digitalferno.com, and we will guide you through the process of resolving the issue.
Do you sell digital prints for download?
Apologies, but we only offer full prints that are tangible and can be physically held.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
For orders within New Zealand and Australia, enjoy free shipping on purchases over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat shipping fee of $10. For international shipping details, please contact us at support@digitalferno.com.
How will my order be sent?
We typically use couriers for shipping. However, for small prints, we may opt to use a mailbox delivery service.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely, we'll notify you once your order has been handed over to the courier. Additionally, we'll provide a tracking number so you can easily monitor the status and location of your package throughout the delivery process.
How long will my order take to arrive?
New Zealand
If you are based in New Zealand, you can expect delivery within 5-7 working days.
Australia
If you are based in Australia, delivery can take between 5-9 working days.

My print has arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, ensure it’s in its original condition with tags attached. Contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Yes, we will refund the full value of your order as long as the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval.
